Terms of use
The rules for using VyaparTrust, and the limits of what it does.

When these terms apply
These terms apply from the date shown above. We may change them; that date shows the last change, and a change does not apply to a purchase already made. Where they conflict with Indian law, the law prevails.
What VyaparTrust is
VyaparTrust is a record-keeping and verification service for traders. It checks public and government records about a firm, records documented claims between members, and stores the evidence.
It is a tool for making a decision. The decision stays yours.
- Who runs this service
- VyaparTrust, a sole proprietorship of Babita Fauzdar
What VyaparTrust is not
- We never hold your trade money. There is no escrow.
- We do not recover debts, chase buyers, or send agents to anyone's premises.
- We do not lend, guarantee payment, or insure a transaction.
- We are not your lawyer, and nothing here is legal advice.
- A check result is not a credit rating and not a guarantee that anyone will pay you.
- The statutory route for money genuinely owed to an MSME is MSME Samadhaan under the MSMED Act, sections 15 to 18.
What we ask of you
- Give accurate information about yourself and your firm, and keep it current.
- File a claim only where you genuinely believe money is owed, and upload real documents.
- Do not use anything you learn here to threaten, shame or harass another member.
- Do not share another member's information outside the platform.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
About the information we show
Checks read government and public records at the moment you ask. Those records can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong at the source. We show you where each fact came from and when we read it so you can judge it yourself.
A claim recorded here is one member's documented account, with the other side's reply where they gave one. It is not a finding that anyone is in the wrong.
If something recorded about you is wrong, you can appeal. The fee is refunded if the appeal is upheld.
Fees
Prices are shown before you pay, as the final price, with what each fee covers. VyaparTrust is registered for GST (GSTIN 08BYSPB3120M1ZA). GST is part of the price shown and is never added on top. We collect only our own fees. During the pilot, checkout may be closed and orders recorded in writing instead.
Payments and refunds
Fees are paid through Razorpay, our payment gateway, by UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking or wallet. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay's PCI DSS certified checkout and never reach our servers.
We keep what a receipt and a bank dispute need: the order, the amount, the date, the payment method with a masked identifier (the last four digits of a card, part of a UPI id), Razorpay's payment and refund ids, and the bank reference. We never keep a full card number, a full UPI id or a card holder's name.
The price shown is the final price. Every price ends in 1. GST is shown inside the same price, never added on top.
Refunds: you may cancel an unused purchase within 7 days of paying, for a full refund. After that, or once used, checks are not refunded in money, a passport or buyer-profile year is not pro-rated, and a used service is not refunded. An appeal fee is returned in full when the appeal is upheld, and a duplicate payment for the same order is refunded in full. A refund goes back to the instrument you paid with, through Razorpay, and reaches your bank in 5 to 7 working days; a card refund can take up to 10 days to show. The full rules, including what happens if we cannot deliver a service, are on the Refunds and cancellation page.
Failed or unsettled transactions: if money left your account and the page did not confirm the payment, do not pay again. We ask the gateway about the order and credit you if the payment went through; otherwise your bank reverses the amount within its own timelines, usually 5 to 7 working days. Send us the payment reference shown on the page or in your bank app.
Complaints about a payment go to the grievance officer named on the contact page. Quote the order id and the payment reference; the route and the timelines are the ones the contact page states.

Suspension
We may suspend an account that files claims in bad faith, uploads forged documents, harasses another member, or breaks these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to reply.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
