How the service works, in plain language.

Checking a buyer

Enter the buyer's GSTIN — that is what we look up. You may add the firm name as you know it, which helps us match the record, but it does not replace the GSTIN. We read government and public records and show you what they say, with the source and the date. Most checks finish while you wait.

What the colours mean

  • Green — nothing adverse was found in the records we can read.
  • Amber — something needs a closer look. The reason is written out.
  • Red — something serious was found, such as a cancelled registration or a documented unpaid claim.
  • The colour is a summary, never an instruction. The reason matters more than the colour, and the decision is yours.

Filing a claim

A claim can only be filed after the invoice is genuinely overdue. You upload the invoice and your proofs; the buyer is told something awaits them and is given a fixed window to reply. Whatever they do, you end up with a dated evidence pack you can use elsewhere.

Why our messages say so little

A message to a phone is read by whoever is holding the phone. So our SMS and WhatsApp notices never carry an amount, an invoice number or a demand — only that something is waiting for you in the app. The detail stays behind your sign-in, where you are the only reader.

If something about you is wrong

Reply to the claim with your reason, or appeal the record. An appeal is reviewed by someone who did not make the original decision, and the fee is refunded in full if you are right.
