Our commitment
VyaparTrust is meant to be usable by every trader in the market, including those who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or find small touch targets difficult.
This is also a legal duty, not a courtesy. Section 46 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016, read with Rule 15(1), requires private service providers to meet accessibility norms.

- Conformance
- Partially conformant — most criteria are met; the known gaps are listed below
What we have done
- Colour contrast is at least 4.5:1 for all text, and a test in our build pipeline fails the release if that ever stops being true
- The site works from a 320-pixel screen upwards with no sideways scrolling
- Text can be enlarged; zoom is never locked
- Every page has a skip link, proper headings, and named landmarks for screen-reader navigation
- Every form control has a label; every button and link has a name
- Keyboard focus is always visible
- Animation is disabled for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion
- Gujarati, Hindi and English throughout, with the page language set correctly so a screen reader pronounces it properly
Where we fall short
We would rather tell you this than have you discover it.
- The site has not yet been tested with a screen-reader user. Automated checks find roughly a third of real barriers, so we do not claim more than they prove.
- There is no site-wide search yet.
- Some data tables scroll sideways inside their own box on a small screen.
- Documents shared by other members — invoices, certificates — are uploaded by them and may not be accessible. We cannot fix a file we did not create.
Tell us if something blocks you
If any part of this site stops you from doing what you came to do, tell us and we will fix it. Please say which page, what you were trying to do, and what happened.
We aim to reply within three working days, and to say either when it will be fixed or why it cannot be.
