Checks and packs
Checks are added to your account when the payment is confirmed, normally within minutes. A check result is shown in the app. Most finish while you wait; one that needs a reviewer is shown when the review is done.
Passport and buyer-profile year
The year starts on the day the payment is confirmed.
Site visit
A site visit is carried out by our staff within 7 working days of payment, where our staff can reach the shop; if we cannot visit, we refund it in full. The report appears in the app. Nothing is delivered to your address.
If something you paid for does not appear
Write to hello@vyapartrust.com with the order id and the payment reference. The Refunds and cancellation page says what happens if we cannot deliver.
